Charlie Trotman

Charlie was a three-year starter at quarterback for the Auburn Tigers from 1977-1979 and following his senior season was named the most valuable player in the Blue-Gray All-Star Football Classic. In 1979 he won the Cliff Hare Award, the highest honor given to an Auburn athlete. Charlie was the color commentator for the Tigers’ radio broadcasts on the Auburn Network for 15 seasons between 1986-2001 and was a frequent guest on local and national sports radio shows before joining Doug as a co-host in 2014. In addition to co-hosting the MAX Round Table on Mondays and Fridays on ESPN The Ticket, he is the president of The Trotman Company, a real estate development firm. Charlie and his wife Whitney have three children – Ellen Rogers, Barbara Ann and Charlie.
